Christmas Guidelines

Order times


For orders leading up to Christmas the last order date for the delivery time scales are listed below:

Next Day Deliveries (TV’s under 50 Inches, tablets, mobile phones, laptops, computers etc.)

The last date and time for ordering will be: 18th December 2015 at 2pm.


For orders on 7-14 day delivery (beds, children’s products, furniture, appliances etc.)

The last date and time for ordering will be: 7th December 2015 at 5pm.


For orders on a 3-6 week delivery (sofa’s, garden furniture, some items of furniture)

The last date and time for ordering 6 week deliveries will be: 6th November 2015

The last date and time for ordering 3 week deliveries will be: 25th November 2015


For any varying delivery time scales please contact us in advance.




All payments will be collected on the dates agreed on your contract. If you payment falls on a bank holiday the payment will typically be collected the day before your payment due date or the next working day for all direct debit payments.

Collections For 18th December will be collected on 18th December

Collections For 25th December will be collected on 29th December

Collections For 1st January will be collected on 4th January

Collections For 8th January will be collected on 8th January

Collections For 15th January will be collected on 15th January

If you are on recurring debit/credit card payments your payments will automatically be collected on the same day each week/month as previously arranged with you. Even if this falls on bank holiday.

It is important that you keep your account up to date particularly around this period as charges of £10 per missed payment will become applicable. If you have a lost/stolen card or any banking issues around the Christmas period, you must email to make us aware right away so we can put a hold on any late payment charges.

Our returns period for the Christmas period will be 28 days from the date of your order. Please ensure you check each item for damage/faults as this arrives with you as we do not offer an extended Christmas returns period. If you have purchased in advance of Christmas please ensure each product is inspected and tested on arrival.

For any items that are damaged or faulty please send an email to as soon as you are aware of any problems so this can be logged. Most items will come with manufacturers warranty for any problems outside of this period and a receipt can be provided as well as your conditional sales agreement as evidence of your purchase.




We will still be accepting applications over the Christmas period. These may take longer to be reviewed. Any applications made from the 18th December to the 4th January will be reviewed in the order the application was made from 9am on the 4th January. Please be aware that this will mean application decisions may take up to 10 working days from the date of application as opposed to the usual 5 working days.
