Delivery information

For most products we can deliver anywhere in England, Wales, Scotland Mainland and Northern Ireland.


However, some products are unavailable for delivery in Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland, so please check before ordering.


PLEASE NOTE:

Deliveries will be a 1 or 2 man delivery to your downstairs room only for all large items such as beds, sofa's, appliances etc. Some deliveries to parts of Scotland, The Highlands and Islands off mainland England, Wales and Scotland will be delivered on a pallet to your driveway only.

 

Smaller items such as gadgets and electrical items are delivered by courier to your door and require a signature.


Please note if you chose to pay for your item over weekly payments we can only send the items to the billing address.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

If you are ordering a pay weekly item, you will receive a phone call shortly after your order to confirm your details and set up of your account. Delivery times are dependent on this and not being able to contact you can delay delivery times.

 

Next day delivery is available on most items if ordered between Monday - Friday 12am-2pm. If your item is ordered out of these times it will be processed and dispatched the next working day excluding bank holidays. Next day delivery is not always available to Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland and can sometimes takes an extra couple of days.

 

Next day delivery is for weekdays only. If you are not in at the address the courier will leave a collection card for you to collect this from the local depot. The cost of next day delivery is £9.99

 

Express Delivery is available for most items for £4.99. This means your item will arrive with you within 2-3 days of your order.

 

7 day deliveries are available for some items, which means your item will arrive within 7 working days of your order. This delivery method is free.

 

21 day deliveries are available for items such as beds and mattresses as they are made to order. Your item will arrive within 21 days of purchase. We will also inform you a few days in advance of what day your item will arrive on. This delivery method is free and will either be by courier or by a delivery driver.


3-6 week deliveries are available on sofa's as these are made to order items. We aim to get your item to you before this time if possible. We will also inform you a few days in advance of what day your item will arrive on. This delivery method is free.

 

WEEKEND DELIVERIES:

 

Applicances can usually be delivered on a weekend. Please check with us in advance for a delivery timescale. These are all day delivery timeslots between 7am and 7pm.
 

You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your product has been shipped, once you receive this email the item should be with you the next working day unless you have received an email with a delivery date.

 

Delivery dates and times are dependant on courier performance and cannot be guaranteed.

We offer 3 delivery methods

 

Next day delivery - £9.99

 

Express delivery (2-3 days)- £4.99

 

Free delivery (7 days - 6 weeks depending on the item)

 

Some deliveries to Northern Ireland and certain parts of scotland can incur an additional charge. Please check before ordering if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland as to how much delivery will be.

Failed deliveries: Please note also that if a delivery is arranged and there is nobody to meet the driver, they will make a charge for redelivery. Also if an order is cancelled after it has been despatched then a charge will be made to cover our courier costs (see terms and conditions).


RECEIPT OF GOODS

Your delivery is insured against transit damage, but for your own protection it is important that you check the goods when you receive them. If there is any damage to the packaging you must sign for your delivery as 'packaging damaged' on the courier's electronic pad / delivery note. If the courier is reluctant to wait sufficient time for you to check your delivery properly, again you must insist on writing 'packaging damaged' next to your signature, otherwise the courier company will consider your goods to have been delivered in perfect condition. If there is any damage you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with full details of the damage.


DAMAGED FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

In the unlikely event that your purchase does arrive damaged or you receive the incorrect goods, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may also need a photo of the problem where relevant. Should there be a need to return your goods for any reason they must be returned fully protected, in their original packaging, so please ensure you keep all packaging and the pallet (if left by courier) that the goods arrive with. You will be asked to return the goods at your cost and if found to be a manufacturing fault you will be refunded all costs incurred.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If your item is unopened and still packaged your purchase may be returned to us and the order cancelled (for any reason) within 14 days of delivery, but you must arrange it with us first before returning anything.


If an order is cancelled after despatch the customer will be responsible for all courier costs incurred by us in returning item(s) to our warehouse.


Should you wish to return or cancel an order after receipt, please note that you do have a duty of care to ensure the goods remain undamaged. All return goods must be returned fully protected for transit, in their original packaging and be received back into our warehouse in a fully resalable condition. The customer will have full responsibility for the goods until the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, including liability for any damage sustained during transit as a result of the goods being poorly packaged.


For products returned you are responsible for arranging the return. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of return transport, insurance and where necessary repackaging incurred by us in relation to the return of the goods. We cannot accept returns at our office address, so you must contact us for details of the return address before sending anything back.

 

INSURANCE AND WARRANTY
 

You must insure your item against any accidental damage or theft as soon as your item is delivered to your door. We are unable to replace any item that is damaged or stolen.

Most of our products come with manufacturing warranty of between 1-5 years, so if your product develops a fault after receiving it from us you are able to contact the manufacturers who will replace the product should a genuine fault occur.

With your product you will receive a handbook, which details the warranty and how to get help/support and/or return your item. If a fault develops within 14 days of receiving it from us please contact us to seek further advice.
